The brand interprets the contemporary wedding dress through an essential yet sophisticated language, made of organic silhouettes, asymmetries, sculptural volumes and refined details. A philosophy also summed up in the concept of “Shaped by Japan”, which tells the link between tradition, Japanese minimalism and innovation.
As in ikebana, the ancient Japanese art of flower arranging, in Nagae gowns too emptiness, balance and apparent spontaneity become a fundamental part of the project. The forms are never purely decorative: every volume, layer or asymmetry helps build a harmonious and deeply personal silhouette.
The collections alternate minimalist and flowing wedding dresses with more structured, couture designs: A-line lines, mermaids, ball gowns and asymmetric creations take shape through jacquard, laces, tulle, organzas and technical fabrics selected for quality, lightness and the ability to create movement.

Every design is followed by our in-house tailoring workshop, which takes care of the fit and, when the construction allows, makes it possible to intervene with tailored personalizations, adapting proportions and details to the bride’s figure and style.
