\nHere is one of the categories that can truly put us in crisis: the confused bride.
\nBut who is this figure wandering desperately through all the Ateliers of the city, trying on millions of dresses?
\nThat’s right, girls. It may sound trivial to describe her this way, but she is the bride-to-be with very confused ideas, completely at the mercy of herself and above all with an impatient desire to try on anything. And we really mean anything.
\nLet us tell you a story: a few years ago a mother and her daughter, a bride-to-be looking for her dress, came to our Atelier. After showing them to their seats, as usual we had a chat to understand the young woman’s needs and wishes. To cut a long story short, after realizing that her ideas were many and disordered, we noticed the mother’s exhausted face, who, turning to us in despair, said: my daughter has dragged me around 18 Ateliers, I can’t take it anymore. Please help us!
\nSo, do you realize that going around 18 Ateliers is not normal? It means trying on a quantity of dresses that makes no sense. This path will only add confusion to the confusion.
\nIt is true that you have to try things on to understand, but only up to a point and within limits. It is true that none of you has normally ever tried on a wedding dress before this occasion, but it is still a dress. Who knows how many times you have worn one for a ceremony or an elegant party. Each of us has, one way or another, at least formed an idea of her own style. We can help you find the model best suited to your figure, the line that will highlight your strengths and possibly minimize the little flaws. We will suggest the most fitting detail and the best pairing. But the style you want, you must already know yourselves. It is unthinkable to try everything, and that will only create great confusion. You might realize that you look wonderful in a femme fatale mermaid, but this type of dress does not reflect you at all. Or vice versa. Or you may be lucky enough to have an amazing figure and almost everything looks good on you.
\nThis is to explain that your dress is YOURS. It must make you feel at ease, reflect who you truly are INSIDE. We will help you with everything else.
\nNow let’s move on to our usual rules which, during the selection phase, will help you bring your goal into focus:<\/p>\n
1) Before the fitting, do a bit of RESEARCH and identify the Ateliers that best represent you.
\nOne of the most common mistakes is booking without knowing the lines and brands they carry. <\/p>\n
2) Before choosing the ateliers where you will book your fittings, set a maximum BUDGET. Every Atelier has its own price range. It is counterproductive to try on dresses that are completely out of range compared to what we want to spend.<\/p>\n
3) Follow the MOOD of the wedding. This will help you narrow the field right away (read the articles on our blog \u2018dress and location\u2019)<\/p>\n
4) If you are truly confused, a very useful tip is to bring as few COMPANIONS as possible to your fittings. One, but a trusted one, is more than enough.<\/p>\n
5) Always follow your HEART. But keep your head switched on too, and remember that everything must be in harmony.<\/p>\n
